About Halo
Halo is call center software for Ethiopia, built in Addis Ababa. It gives agents a phone in the browser and supervisors a live wallboard.
Built in Addis Ababa
What Halo is
Admins get voice menus, queues, recordings, shifts, KPIs and reports in one place. Missed calls become callback tasks, so callers are not forgotten. Halo is built for Ethio Telecom SIP trunks, plays menus in Amharic and has Ethiopian holidays in its calendar. It runs on a server for your company alone, so calls, recordings and history stay with you. klik, the Addis Ababa delivery company, uses Halo. Skynet VISP (Skynet IT Solution PLC) sells, installs and supports Halo from Addis Ababa.
Its full product name is Halo Contact Center.

What we promise
-
Plain words
We explain Halo the way we would to a call center manager in Bole: what it does, in words you already use.
-
Numbers, not adjectives
We tell you what we can measure: changes show on the wallboard within 2 seconds, and Halo keeps working for 30 days if the licence server cannot be reached.
-
Show, then claim
We show the screen first and make the claim after it. Until real screenshots exist, every screen on this site says it is a design with sample data.
-
Short and clear on what happens next
When you book a demo, Skynet calls you within one working day (Mon-Sat, except public holidays) to plan it.
