These terms apply when you use halo.et. They are written in plain English.

1. Who runs the site

The site is run by Skynet IT Solution PLC (Skynet VISP), Bisilex Building, Suite 501, Bole, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

2. Use of the site

The site is information only. It is not an offer. Prices and terms come in a written quote and a licence agreement.

3. Product descriptions

Product descriptions on the site may change. The licence agreement decides what is delivered.

4. Names and marks

  • “Halo”, the Halo logo and the tagline “Every call answered.” are owned by the Halo product owner. Skynet IT Solution PLC uses them under licence.
  • “klik” and its logo are used with klik’s permission.
  • “Issabel”, “FreePBX”, “Asterisk”, “Ethio Telecom” and other names belong to their owners. They are named only to describe compatibility or alternatives.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the demo form:

  • no automated submissions;
  • no false details;
  • no attempts to send messages to other people through it.

6. No warranty

The site is provided as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Links to other sites are given for your information. We are not responsible for those sites.

8. Liability

Our liability for your use of the site is limited to the extent the law allows.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. The courts in Addis Ababa decide any dispute.
